Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nanometrics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nais product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nanometrics such as the 8200142RevM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N80MP2N1A80012AUM850 manufactured by Nachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Nachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LT4HDC24V by Manufacturer Nais as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nachi Brand S10B02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nachi such as 6314ZENRC3 equipment made by Nachi have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available UM145 made by Nachi as well as the popular NICRIO9073 original spares produced by National-Instruments
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SH5618C2908KAVE3 by Nanotec and 6314ZENRC3 spares by Nachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
